ahhh the mmorpg since the dawn of online gameing history online rpgs have dawn massive crowds of illitirate virgins from across the globe.How ever runescape is diffrent it attracts what i like to call royalist gamers confused good basicly a royalist gamer are thouse annoying dickweeds who devote every last wakeing second of there life to a game so they can reach the highest level and mock the more casual players.However runescape used to redeam its self with its range of skills and choices however the royalist gamers soon put a stop to that.

Now no matter where you go wether it be to mine a rock or cut a tree i can promise you about 50 other people will already be there makeing the entire procces agoniseingly slow. Whats more the so called "hummor" jatex attempts to inject into the game had me trying to bludgen my eyes out with a rusty spoon yes granted runescape is aimed at a young teenage audiance but not even a five year old would find a joke about a pirate called peggy funny!.

If you have just come out of a comma or have finnaly given into jatexes suductive promises of better armour and more quests and decied to actualy "upgrade" to a member then prepare to be disapionted there realy isnt much more else to do apart from your more likely to get lost,wander into the wilderness and be killled losseing all your hard earned loot thus casueing you to beat the keybord rapidly befor joining another group of sucicidal gamers and all plowing off a clif like a flock of lemings.

Runescape also suffers from a condition that mmorpgs where ment to remove the yay iv finished all the quests now what condition the whole point of an mmorpg is its ment to be open ended and have a community aspect runescape lacks both that is if you can bypas the 2 bonecrushing hours in which your computer system is raped horribly by runescapes massive amounts of lag during log in.

Also why jatex insist to still run runescape on java is beyond me the graphics are terrible yes admitedly its better than most browser based mmorpgs however its still got a long way to go 5 years ago in the second gen saga when the war between sony,ninendo and microsoft nearly destroyed the earth runescapes graphics where cute now there just annoyingly bad espicaly when the cammra angle remains stubbonly fixed about 50 feet above the player.As i mentioned befor with runescape once yourv done all the quests be it member or non member thats basicly it. there a few guilds to get in but to be honnest whats the point upon a long yester year ago i played runescape and the guilds are nothing special.

Finnaly runescape isnt hiddously bad i mean for a mostly free game its ok but thats it its just ok and after the first few hours of lag filled goblin slaying, repetitive tree choping and sad 34 year olds asking if you want to be there boy freaind/girl freaind the novalty begins to wear off and only the most hardcore of mmorpg fans will stick around for dessert in fact if runescape was a three cource meal it would be salad(to reprsent its plainness) with lobster(to represent how long it takes to load) and a big pile of cow shit for dessert as it leaves an unpleasent after taste.

(note i will revisit runescape in a years time as it does update by then i may have changed my mind but dont hold you breath in fact if your a fan boy please do and for a long time)
